Envoy MQ support requests can be sent to:
Make sure to include the following information with your support request:
- Product Version
- Operating System (including version) of the machine hosting the Envoy MQ Client
- Operating System (including version) of the machine hosting the Envoy MQC (Envoy MQ Connector)
- Envoy MQ log file(s) - fmqsys.log located in the <Envoy MQ Installation Directory>
- Envoy MQ Configuration file
